HOW IT WORKS:

1. External Catalogs are connected within Business Central.

2. Users punch out to invoke the supplier’s shopping experience.

3. Shopping carts are created.

4. At checkout, cart details are automatically added to purchase documents using cXML technology.

5. Documents are routed for approvals using Fundamentals Business Rules.

6. Purchase Requisitions create Purchase Orders per shopping cart.

7. Once approved, the purchase order is sent to the supplier.

8. Order confirmations and notifications are added to the Purchase Order.

9. Supplier invoices are imported and relieve Purchase Orders automatically.
