We have added an enhancement that allows users to email the Financial Report by Dimension report as an attachment to related managers.
To run the report, go to Chart of Accounts list page. Click on Report >> Click on Financial Report by Dimension. 
By enabling the "Send Email To Manager" switch, an email will be sent to the manager assigned to the dimension value or the manager of a fund/grant.
