How much does Fundamentals cost?

Fundamentals is priced on a per-user-per-year basis, paid one year in advance. There are two types of users:

• Full Users – these are your colleagues whose work requires full use of Business Central’s rich features. An example of full users would be accounting and finance staff.
• Team Users – Team users tend to represent a significant percentage of all the folks in your organization – managers who have to approve transactions, or staff who want to enter time and expenses etc.

Optional Advanced Apps are priced on a per-tenant annual cost for core full-user functionality, while Team Apps are priced based on the number of team users.

Fundamentals Microsoft Business Central  user licenses for its Essentials edition. Your Fundamentals partner will have more detailed information on your overall costs. Please note that some discounts may apply to qualifying nonprofit organizations for Microsoft licenses. Please ask your partner to help submit your application to Microsoft.
