In addition to your Microsoft Business Central user licensing, you also need a Fundamentals license key to unlock the enhancements for your nonprofit or government organization.
Your license key will usually expire at the end of each year from your start date. Your users will be notified of a pending expiration on your main role center.
You need to ask your partner to renew your license before the expiration date.
Once you receive a new license key, this is entered by switching to the Business Manager Role Center, then using the Fundamentals Utilities menu > Enter License Key action to enter and apply the new key.
Use the Role field to change the Role Center.
Please verify your new expiration date and licensed functionality after entering.
Once you enter the license key, please “Apply License Key” from the action bar.
