Updating Fundamentals

1.    Uninstall any Tangicloud Supplement app (aka Hotfix) from the Extension Management page

2.    Navigate to Environments in the Dynamics 365 Business Central admin center

            Find the admin center by adding “Admin” at the end of the customer’s BC URL: 

             https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/[tenant ID]/admin

3.    Click on the hyperlinked name of the target environment"

4.    Click “Apps”"

5.    Install update(s)

Tangicloud Licensing and Excel Import are both dependencies for Tangicloud Fundamentals. Both must be updated before updating Fundamentals.

If the Tangicloud Fundamentals Action reads “Action required”, clicking it gives the option to update the dependencies and the selected app within one dialogue box.

If the Tangicloud Fundamentals Action reads “Install update”, please install the updates in this order

a.    Tangicloud Licensing

b.    Excel Import

c.    Tangicloud Fundamentals
