Approval Administrator sets all approval line status to Approved

When an Approval Administrator approved a document or line from the document page, all corresponding approval sequence lines were also set to a status of approved.

When an Approval Administrator now approves an entry, only the approval lines with a status of Open will be approved. This will allow Business Rules to be routed to the next appropriate approver when applicable.
